There will be a kaddish minyan tomorrow, Thursday February 23 at 9am.  In addition, we invite Bnai Mitzvah students and parents who may be available to attend in order to practice prayers. Rabbi Susan will review individual Haftarah portion briefly directly after the minyan.

On Friday, February 24, we have a Shabbat Evening service at 7pm with guest speaker David Solmitz, author of Piecing Scattered Souls: Maine, Germany, Mexico, China and Beyond, a story about journeys, connections, and healing that include the Nazi Holocaust (his father was arrested and incarcerated at Dachau on Kristalnacht 11/9/38 and released 12/38) and Mao Tse Tung;s Great Cultural Revolution, experienced by his wife's family.

On Saturday, February 25 there will be a minyan leaders' training at 9:30am. Empower yourself to be a minyan leader!

Also on Saturday at 11am, there is Torah Study on the portion Terumah.  We will read about the building of the Mishkan (tabernacle) and have a chance to discuss TBE building plans in light of the portion.

On Sunday, February 26 there is Hebrew School at 9:30am. We would appreciate a heads up from families who are away for vacation. We will be finalizing plans for the Purim carnival on March 4.
